Thank you, next…..

Break ups, they are never easy and it may be that you just want to hide away. That’s fine do work on you. The absolute best thing when you’re feeling down is to make yourself feel good with a pamper session, my favourite past time. This is a lovely collection of products to heal a broken heart.

Firstly get those locks looking luscious. Before washing the hair use this pre shampoo treatment by the Superdrug Argan Hair Therapy range. Mentioned in a previous post of mine I am a massive fan of this product, used to repair damaged hair with elasticising agents to strengthen.

Once pre shampoo is done and washed off, wash your hair with shampoo as normal then grab the Creme of Nature Intensive Conditioning Treatment hair mask. Leave this to work on the hair. Cover the hair focusing on the ends, grab some cling film of a shower cap and wrap the conditioned hair. Add a little heat with a hair dryer and relax. What I notice about this product not just the softness but how thick and healthy my hair felt after use it’s truly a great product if you have damaged thinning hair.

While the hair is processing it’s mask time. First prepare the skin using my absolutely favourite scrub Nip and Fab Glycolic Scrub Fix. This product properly cleans away dirt and dead skin and my face feels fantastic after. Then Superdrug do a fabulous range of face masks to suit any skin need and for such great prices.

Once you are all washed off of product smother yourself in this beautiful moisturiser with vitamin E for youthful skin, and smells delicious. You’ll be feeling like a new woman ready to take on the world…next!
