Review St Moriz 5 in 1 Tanning Mousse

I’ve heard great things about St Moriz, so was super excited to try out the 5 in 1 Tanning Mousse from the range. The product promises a professional, natural looking tan and extra moisturisation courtesy of its specialist multi-tasking formulation. Not to mention a luxurious luminous finish with a longer lasting golden tan, so naturally I had high expectations!

The 5 In 1 Tanning Mousse is available in Medium and Dark and develops over 4-6 hours. And if you hate that classic metallic tan smell, you’ll be pleased to hear it also boasts “breakthrough fragrance technology”. Or in simpler terms – it’s less smelly!

I can see why it’s advised that this is a good tan for the less experienced. Despite my testing the Dark Mousse this was a very natural shade and finish due to its olive tone. It  really did feel silky to apply and nourishing, unlike some of my other favourite dark mousse tans that despite my appreciation, do dry out my skin. This was absorbed into the skin nice and quickly and it was almost fake tan smell free.

This was a little too subtle for me after one application and a leg shave, I had to top up and apply a second application. If you prefer a more intense shade you might want to apply a couple of days in a row.

Overall this was easy to apply and as with most a dark self tans – you’re less likely to suffer streaking as you can see where you’ve applied or missed. This is a perfect product if you want to maintain some of your summer glow into winter and a nice affordable option that won’t break the bank in the run up to party season.
