Fab Five Body Moisturisers

Keeping the skin all over our bodies supple and hydrated is essential all year round. Here’s our fab five body moisturisers to keep your skin in tip top condition:

Superdrug, Vitamin E All Over Body Cream

What I love about it is even if you are a bit generous in your application it is still completely absorbed and really does as promised, leave your skin smooth and dry. This is all in a matter of minutes too, so you don’t need to wait around before you can put your clothes on. So it’s a great one, even in the mist of the morning dash out the door. The smell is nice but subtle, so really after applied you can forget all about it, perfect! The value is also really good my big tub was £2.99!

Nivea, Body Mousse

I’ve been indulging in the new Nivea Body Mousse that not only eliminates the issue of annoying moisturiser build up under your nails when you have to scoop it out of a container but also smells great and dries fast.

Nivea, Soft Moisturising Cream

This timeless classic keeps your skin beautifully moisturised. It’s suitable for face, body and hands and is enriched with Jojoba Oil and Vitamin E. This is a nice richness and has kept my skin hydrated whilst i’ve been topping up on fake tan all summer.

Child’s Farm, Sensitive Moisturiser

Child’s Farm is an all natural line of bath and skincare for babies and children. All products are made up of naturally derived ingredients and fresh smelling essential oils to make mild, kind and safe products. So if you aren’t a Mum these items may not be something you’d instinctively pop in your shopping basket! This moisturiser also doubles up as a primer. If you did want to use on your body, i’ve found it quick absorbing and non-sticky. The cream contains grapefruit and organic tea tree oil, so is ideal for grown ups too. Once applied it goes smoothly on the skin, its super sensitive so doesn’t upset skin ahead of makeup application. It also dries with no residue, so won’t disrupt your makeup or your foundation. I found that when wearing the ‘primer’ my makeup did have a more even and matt finish, giving a more flawless complexion and helping makeup last the day.

Child’s Farm, Baby Oil

I’ve also been using the luxurious Baby Oil which contains organic coconut oil. Again a perfect product for sensitive skin as it’s so mild and gentle.  This can be used all over the body, hands, face and feet to moisturise and hydrate all skin types. I’m enjoying using it in the shower on my legs ahead of shaving which is proving a great way to lock in moisture.
