Time Bomb Peace & Quiet Coconut Cleansing Oil

This has recently become my nightly cleansing ritual. Peace & Quiet, Coconut Oil Cleanser is a lightweight, silky cleanser that delicately “melts” away makeup and debris from the day.
The product prides itself on being extremely gentle – but thorough. The formula bathes your skin in soothing oils, including grape seed, sunflower, safflower plus coconut oil, known for its antioxidant, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
This product promises to easily remove every trace of impurities and cosmetics, for skin that’s smooth, soft, supple, clean, calm and quieted.
So how did I find it? Much like it promises above really. The recommended dose for best results is three pumps of product (or more as needed) applied onto hands and smoothed onto the face, gently massaging onto skin. Then add warm water and continue to gently massage. Then rinse off, you can also use a cloth to wipe skin clean and then rinse with warm water. I found all product comes off with a good rinse but if you’ve gone more generous with your pump application you might prefer to use a cloth as well and it can also assist with ensuring you are removing all eye makeup including smudges as well!
This feels lovely on the skin and slides off eye makeup too, so good for ladies that like a one stop shop makeup remover and cleanse at the end of the day. It has a very coconutty smell which is no surprise given its name and contents! If you like that sweet scent, you’ll love this.
I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks and my skin has already benefitted. It feels smoother and it could just be me, but looks to be keeping blemishes at bay more than my usual cleanser too which is an added bonus. It doesn’t seem to have reduced too much so far, so I expect it will last a while too.
Priced at £25 you can feel the difference between your drug store alternatives. The quality and condition of skin post cleanse makes it worth the extra spend for skin health for sure. Looking forward to seeing my skin’s reaction in the weeks to come.
