Panzo is tucked away in the foodie favourite destination, Exmouth Market. Look no further than the entrance and you’ll be compelled to visit for a serious pizza fix. The window display wets the tastebuds of passers by with the freshly made goodness tantalisingly displayed.
Inside the decor is minimalistic but warm. The quite bare walls accompanied by very glamorous rose gold lighting and comfy wooden seats. All strikes a perfect balance of casual with fine touches to finish.
But let’s talk about the food! The menu consists of authentic bites to start including Italian meats, parmigiana and bruschetta, before a nice array of pizza choices for mains.
There’s choices under the labels of Panzo versus Panzo specials. The waitress informed me this is due to the more expensive toppings on the special range. There’s a difference in price but it’s pretty minimal. I splashed out on a Panzo Special, Mikey which consisted of Italian sausage and salami toppings, I wasn’t disappointed and yes it tasted as good as it looked!
